In a thrilling turn of events, McLaren's Lando Norris took the lead during the second practice session, outpacing Red Bull's Max Verstappen and Mercedes' George Russell. But here's where it gets controversial... Norris' teammate, Oscar Piastri, started the weekend on a different note, finishing a modest 11th.
Norris, with a time of 1:23.083 on Pirelli's soft tires, showcased his skills, leaving Verstappen 0.363 seconds behind. Russell, ever the competitor, was a close third, just 0.016 seconds off the pace.
